When installing the vibrating feeder some matters needing attention

Vibrating feeder also can be called vibrating feeding machine. Vibratory feeder in the production line can transport the material with the shape of massive and particles smoothly to the feeding device in a stable time, which can continuously feed the raw material to the crushing mechanical machine for such as long time beyond our imagination and which also can help to screen the coarse and fine product of mining machine, that is the reason why it can be used in the industries of metallurgy, coal ore, ore dressing, building material, chemical industry and grinding material in order to reach the purpose of combination of crushing and screening in the production line of mining machinery.

Vibrating feeder mainly adopts a pair of motors as the vibration source, which has the completely same performance and parameters. When these two vibration motors rotate reversely at the same angular speed, the inertia forces produced by their eccentric blocks will overlap or counteract each other at a special phase. Thus, a huge resultant vibration exciting force will be generated so that the machine body will be forced to vibrate on the bearing spring.

Cautions in Installation of Vibrating Feeders are as follows:

1. When vibrating feeder is used for ingredients, quantitative feeding, in order to ensure smooth and steady feedstock and prevent materials flow by gravity, it should be installed horizontally. For example, it can be installed with a 10° tilt downward in general material feeding continuously. For viscous material and the material with large water content, a 15° tilt downward. You can properly adjust the angle according to your own needs.

2. There shall be 20mm travel clearance after the installation of vibrating feeder. Level the machine or suspend it using the flexible connection.

3. Before try out it, all the bolts should be tightened, especially the anchor bolt of vibration motor, should be retightened once after operate 3-5 hours continuously.

4. Two vibration motor must rotate during the commissioning of the plant.

5. Check amplitude, current and the stability of the abnormal noise frequently in the process of feeding. In case of abnormal noise or excessive vibrancy during the running, it is necessary to stop the machine immediately to check and remove the faults.
